Ben Franklin/Montessori at Franklin Elementary uses PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) as the basis for our behavior plan. PBIS is a way for students and staff to work together using a common language to teach, model, and reinforce positive behavior. At Franklin, we have three main expectations: *Respect Yourself *Respect Others *Respect Your School
